Loved the Espionage + Fed mission strategy, though. Things Can Be Deceiving II by J I had a choice of revamping my random affiliation tournament deck or my Talos IV.6 deck for the OTF event, and I went with the former. I regret this decision greatly as this deck did poorly in both events. The real flaw was that it uses Assign Mission Specialists and Barlay's for a two mission win in a speed deck. This opens the deck up for a point loss dilemma strategy or a wipe out all personnel strategy. It is fast and thin, but cannot rebuild well due to the loss of the primary play engine once the non-EE TNG personnel enter play. A better version of the deck, which was successfully played against this one in this tournament, used RoA #62 for a 2 mission win.
