2014 German Second Edition National Championships

Regional season is going to end with one of the highlights of the German Second Edition tournament schedule. On the 21st and 22nd of June, the German Second Edition Nationals Championships weekend returns to Kassel. If you have visited this event in one of the last years, then you already know what to expect, so feel free to stop reading now. Same place, same schedule, same pizza.

If this will be your first trip to Kassel, congratulations to making this very wise decision! You will not regret it. Keep on reading for all the details you need to know:

On Saturday the 21th, we will start with a "warm-up" Regional. In addition to the usual Earned Byes for the European Championships later this year, the winner will also receive an Earned Bye for the German Nationals Championships tournament on Sunday the 22nd. Both events will take place at the CVJM in Kassel and start at 11 AM. As is the tradition, the German Champion will be crowned after a final confrontation. Expect to see players from all over Germany and play some very challenging games! And there will be pizza...
