Organized Play Guide Update - OPG 4.0

The first update to the Continuing Committee's Organized Play Guide for 2014, version 4.0, will be made available to download from 12:01am (server time) on Monday the 10th of February 2014, and will take effect immediately.
The update will primarily cover the official OP rules changes as a result of the recent printability announcement:
- Simplifying the definitions of the Virtual, Traditional, and Academy formats in light of printability.
- Expansion of Section 5 (Printable Card Policy) in light of printability, clarifying on the conditions for legality of VP cards, as well as clarification on the sleeving of printable double-sided gameplay cards.
If any further updates need to be made to the OPG, we will do so prior to the start of the 2014 Regional Championships season (specifically, by the first week of March 2014). After this, no further updates will be made until after the end of the 2014 World Championships.
