GenCon 2015: TrekCC Room Block Requests

by Charlie Plaine, Chairman

28th January 2015

Once again, we have secured a block of rooms for GenCon 2015, running this year from July 30th through August 2nd! This will be our fifth year hosting a room block and we are planning to make this year an even better experience than prior years. This years block will once again at the JW Marriott and we anticipate the rates will be just slightly higher than in previous years, approximately $275 per night per room. You can reserve a room for anywhere between one (1) and five (5) people, and you have the option to book an entire room for a group, or just request a space in a room for yourself.

At this time, there is no financial commitment - we are seeking a head count on the number and types of rooms needed. There will be a $50 non-refundable deposit due in February, and the full total for the rooms will be due in early summer. Once again, there is no financial commitment at this time.

To apply for a room or a spot in a room, please complete the form at the following link:

TrekCC 2015 GenCon Room Block

We need to get an early count of the number and types of rooms to our contact quite soon, so please get your messages in to me before Friday, February 13, 2015. This is an early head count, so it'll be okay if things change a bit between now and then, but please don't submit a request unless you actually plan on coming to GenCon and sharing a room. Once we get our early headcount, we'll start sending out additional information about costs, payments, and the final details.

If you have any questions about the room block, you can post them on our in this thread.
