June Rules Update

Hey all,
The only update this month is the addition of a clarification of how Borg face backwards compatible dilemmas.
These dilemmas now impact Borg scouting attempts.
The First Edition Rules Committee is scheduled to release rules updates on the first Monday of each month, if necessary. This update takes effect immediately. All impacted documents are updated and available for viewing and may be downloaded from the front page of The Continuing Committee's website.
