April CRD Released

The April 2008 CRD adds a new modification timing rule to the game, clearing up the debate about modal missions, and cards like Expand the Collective, and Strange New Worlds. In addition, new errata are issued for Cascade Virus and Quarantine. Virtual errata for these cards will be available soon.
These rulings and errata take effect on Monday, April 7th, 2008.
