TCC's Raffle Coming May 29th

by Dan Hamman, Shipping Manager

30th April 2010

For almost two years, The Continuing Committee has included raffle tickets in each of its prize kits and at all of its major events. For the 2010 raffle, we’ve pulled out all the stops and are prepared to dispatch over one hundred fifty (150) different lots of prizes to ticket holders all across the globe!

Each tournament kit includes a number of raffle tickets, and each ticket is a chance to win one of the Star Trek: Customizable Card Game prizes our shipping department has prepared – free of charge! In addition, everyone that has donated to The Continuing Committee, including our premium subscribers, earn “virtual” raffle tickets that are added to the same pool – meaning you can win a prize just for donating to our efforts!

Here’s just a taste of what you can win in the 2010 Raffle:

You can find the full list of prizes in the Ferengi Exchange forum!

The 2010 Raffle will take place live at trekcc.org on Saturday, May 29, 2010 at 2 PM Eastern Daylight Time (GMT – 4). You’ll be able to listen live to the drawing, watch the results posted in real time, and find out what you’ve won!

You can register your raffle tickets online, so that you’ll be instantly notified if you’ve won a prize in the drawing. Visit The Promenade and click on Register Raffle Tickets to register your tickets. It’s a simple form and it will keep track of all of your tickets and allow us to notify you instantly in the case that you win one or more of our prizes!

Even if you do register your tickets online, you’ll want to hang onto them, just in case there’s a problem that our staff needs to sort out. You won’t need to send in your tickets unless there is a problem with multiple individuals claiming a prize, so just keep them near you for the day of the raffle.

If you have questions about the process or any of the prizes, please head over to the Ferengi Exchange forum and post! We look forward to having you join us for the 2010 Raffle on Saturday, May 29, 2010!
