North American OP Coordinator Retires

It is with great sadness that the Continuing Committee must say goodbye to Dave Kuck, who will be stepping down from his role of North American Organized Play Coordinator. Dave has been part of the team for five and a half years. Dave is stepping down in order to focus on family and work commitments, and has shown interest in remaining a member and staunch supporter of the Star Trek CCG community of players and volunteers when he can.

Dave will be staying on for the next few months, while we transition his successor into the role.

We feel the role of North American Organized Play Coordinator is critically important, now more than ever, and are very keen to get not only someone who is a good fit for the role of a Continental OP Coordinator, but also someone who has the knowledge and passion to represent his or her constituency well. This is why we are opening the position up to the North American community by application.

Effective immediately, The Continuing Committee is now accepting applications for the position of North American Organized Play Coordinator. For more information on this position, including details on how to apply, please visit the Volunteer HQ.

Applications will be accepted until the end of August 2014, with interviews, selection, announcement, and training from September through November, with full transition into the role by the start of the new year. During this time, Dave will continue fully in his current role until his replacement is up to speed, to ensure a seamless transition.
