Revised Second Edition Rulebook

For the last year, the Rules Committee and the Continuing Committee's other departments have worked to revise the current edition of the Rulebook, version 3.0 which was released in 2008.

Today, the Version 4.0 Rulebook is now available for download from the front page. In conjunction with this, the Current Rulings Document is going away, at least for the time being. When a change to the published rules becomes necessary again, the CRD will return with those new updates.

In the new Rulebook, you should find no changes to the existing rules. This re-write simply incorporates the existing CRD into the Rulebook and removes contradictions between the two.

I would like to extend a sincere thanks to the Johnny and the Art Department for making this cornerstone document of the game possible.
