German Nationals 2017 June 24th-25th

by Sascha Kiefer, Local Organizer

14th April 2017

Welcome to the German Nationals of 2017

Once again, we will meet in Kassel at the CVJM to play out who will become the national champion(s) this year.

We will start the weekend with a tournament format or/and scenario that will be chosen by the majority of the participants. I will add the poll soon. As usual, the winner will be able to earn a precious "bye" for the 2nd Edition National Championship on the following day.

After that we will have our first national champion to determine in a, hopefully, thrilling game of tribbles. If you dont have a tribbles deck but wanna compete in the championship, let me know. We will be able to lend some decks.

On Sunday, we will have the 2nd Edition National Championship. Please bring printed deck lists along with you and dont forget to add your decklists virtually after the results have been posted.

I will also add a poll to determine how many rounds the majority want to play and if a "final table" is requested for the 2E championship.

If you are interested in joining, please make sure to book a room ASAP, because Kassel will host the documenta this year.

This hotel is as nearby to the tournament location as it gets.

So, I hope we will have, once again, a wonderful weekend full of trek and fun. Maybe even Thomas will show up to defend his title with some deck crafted in Kamar-Taj.

If you have any other questions about this fabulous weekend, feel free to contact me. Hope to see you all in Kassel,
