Romulan Minefield is Banned in OTF

After consideration by the Errata Team, based on feedback from players, the card Romulan Minefield is banned, effective immediately.
Romulan Minefield is part of a powerful combo involving free plays and a draw engine, IDIC: Power of the High Command, without cultural enforcement. Due to concerns from the Errata Team and players, Romulan Minefield is banned to avoid warping the rest of the competitive season.
The Errata Team will be working on a fix for this card, in the hopes that it can be returned to the available card pool.
