The World Championships are only a month away, and both myself and the rest of the Australian players are extremely exicited to host this year's festivities. We are planning a full 4-day extravaganza, with all of the tournaments being held at Good Games in Burwood. Read on for a full itinerary, spanning Thursday October 11th through Sunday October 14th. For reference and to help out those traveling to play with us, the venue address is as follows:

?12 p.m. - Meet n' Greet / Learn to Play / Remember the Rules warmup tournament (2E)
3 rounds - 2nd Edition Standard Swiss Format - $5 entry fee to cover prizes
6 p.m. - Meet n' Greet / Learn to Play / Remember the Rules warmup tournament (1E)
3 rounds - 1st Edition OTF Swiss Format - $5 entry fee to cover prizes
?Friday October 12th
11 a.m. - 1st Edition World Championships Day 1
4 rounds - 1st Edition OTF Swiss Format - $10 entry fee to cover prizes (top 4 advance to knockout playoff)
5 p.m. - 1st Edition World Championships Day 2
2 rounds - 1st Edition OTF Single Elimination Bracket Format - no entry fee
7 p.m. - Tribbles cool down side event
2 rounds (of 5 games) - Tribbles without Troubles Format - $5 entry fee to cover prizes
Saturday October 13th
10 a.m. - 2nd Edition World Championships Day 1
6 rounds - 2nd Edition Standard Swiss Format - $10 entry fee to cover prizes (top 4 or top 8 to advance to knockout playoff, depending on turnout)
Sunday October 14th
10 a.m. - 2nd Edition World Championships Day 2
3 rounds - 2nd Edition Standard Single Elimination Bracket Format - no entry fee
12 p.m. - 2nd Edition Excelsior side event
4 rounds - 2nd Edition Limited Swiss Format - $10 entry fee to cover prizes
4 p.m. - Tribbles World Championships
3 rounds (of 5 games) - 4 players per table with the winner progressing to the next round - $10 entry fee to cover prizes
6 p.m. - Closing ceremonies / trophy presentation - dinner afterwards for those interested
