Draw Deck Strategy

The draw deck plays pretty straight forward. You want to be attempting on turn 3 to put pressure on your opponent. In test draws, that's been pretty consistent. If you aren't able to anticipate your opponent's plays and their personnel, then play something else. The dilemma pile and its relation to the draw deck is fairly advanced.
