Always love visiting this thread from time to time to watch the people who would accuse others of being ratings whores complain, or brag about theirs.

**low key ratings whores**

Yeah, of late I haven't seen any real ratings whoring in this thread. Jokes about how high ratings got thanks to the recent bugs, but no actual ratings whores.

Wait... can I sell ratings points for sexual favours? Has Niall been organizing things again? ;-)

Texas Chainsaw Masters didn't push its champs to the top, but nonetheless please welcome 2E Champion Matt Kirk to the 2E Top 10. 1E Champion Ken Tufts and runner-up Jon Carter, meanwhile, made moves up the 1E Top 10; Ken, as runner-up in 2E, also burst into that game's Top 10.

6. Chris Deitz (Proconsul Neral), 1626
5. Jon Carter (pfti), 1627
4. Kenneth Tufts (Worf Son of Mogh), 1666
3. Kris Sonsteby (LORE), 1701
2. Jason Drake (Wambundu), 1710
1. Kevin Jaeger (Hoss-Drone), 1733

Second Edition

10. Michael Van Breemen (The Ninja Scot), 1650

Also, in case you're reading this and not the event thread, remember that I had bounties on offer: viewtopic.php?p=402917#p402917

If you haven't yet contacted me about what you'd prefer (donation to the CC or 1-month Premium Membership), please do so. If you have, thank you and I will act on your chosen reward as soon as I can.

.
Sounds about right.

That's why I took the 'count out' (I retained because we didn't play and he didn't win the event) in Matt's belt shot in the Fun Event.

But word is I'm hitting the road again and we'll have to book a title match out west in the near future.

Out of curiosity, if there's a mass OP boycott next year, are you going to do ratings calculations for all of the unsanctioned but competitive non-events?

If they don't even go into the system, it'd be tough for me to get all the results.

Even if they did go into the system as unsanctioned events, that would mean I'd have to calculate all that stuff on my end. I'm not willing to go that far.

If you want to make The List, you've got to play in sanctioned events.

Assuming they show up in the system, I could be convinced in doing a separate system.

Been kicking around a "player of the year" idea the last couple weeks anyway.
