Thanks for running such a cool event - this tournament looks great.

As a new player raised in the current meta reading through these old cards is like taking a trip to an exotic foreign land. Did these weak Premiere dilemmas even stop away teams back in 1994? :D

No. They mostly didn't.

OTSD on its own is fun, but if it weren't for the filter dilemmas included in the OTSD itself, teams would just walk through everything. (Barring a few big exceptions of course.)

Yep. So to summarize:

* mission stealing is fair game
* no ban list
* only 100 points needed to win, regardless of mission type or quadrant
* no limit on downloading per turn
* no limit on copies of seeded dilemmas
* dilemmas go to discard pile (not removed from game)

Although this is an OTF rule, it's generally accepted that we keep batch seeding for Open events as it's just so much easier to seed that way - especially in online play.

Right there with you... I have everything ready except the ordering of dilemmas. Basically 97% of my deck is complete garbage and the remaining 3% is insanely overpowered. This is going to be a blast. :cheersL:

Hope everyone's enjoying putting their decks together for this unusual event.

This is a last call for players interested in signing up. I'll be giving pairings out shortly after midnight Eastern tomorrow night.

Remember, one random player that completes all their rounds will win a month of Premium membership to TrekCC for themselves or a player of their choosing.

Absolutely!

I can have a card pool made and sent within an hour.
