How does this work if the MEDICAL i beam over dies in the process? Have I satisfied my requirement and pass the Tarellians? Or do all my people die because Medical never materialized alive? lol

THis is why the wording "just beamed" they have already beemed for the ship. then they are a target to die

I suppose by a strict reading of the rules, you're fine.

TrekSense suggests you should be required to beam two MEDICAL over, to guarantee one makes it, since you know one won't...

Well, by a strict reading of the rules, Muraski doesn't kick in until after beaming, at which point the Plague Ship has already been satisified (you beamed over a MEDICAL and discarded them). Muraski would then try to kill someone, find no-one, make a vague complaint about overcompetition in today's crowded transporter-death segment of the marketplace, and then go about it's day.
