I could see a Nemesis icon with a line in Restriction box which adds the opposite to "Any Dax." which would include himself in the mirror if that one ever got made.

Yeah, but prin can lose that to Frame of mind. My way would make the nem icons stick even if Sisko gets brain wiped. The shadows of Joran in the recesses of his mind make him murder this random spotted person he doesn't even know.

If he's <Fed>, then he'll have to have Benjamin Sisko (as the person he's pretending to be) *and* Benjamin Sisko (since he's a persona of Actual Sisko - the body he's wearing today). Which should be fun for creative to work with.
