1) Most of it is codifying existing blue text

3) a small shift to holograms to open up some deck/design space.

And it always bothered me that cards reporeted deactivated even in a holo-environment. This new rule makes sense and really helps the Children of Light.

Just so you know, the update to Mission Attempts is a bit confusing.
- By my count, the first change applies to the fourth paragraph, not the third
- Similarly, the second applies to the eighth
- And the paragraph to be stricken should be the ninth

Once these rules are merged into the glossary it won't matter, of course, but I had a bit of a hard time understanding the changes on my first read-through.
