Welcome to step 14 of the Will of the Collective! In this poll, you'll vote on the image to appear on the finished card. Once the character and story of Joran in Sisko's body was locked in, I asked our Art Team to come up with several options for the image. Those five options appear below, and are your choices in this poll.

This poll will be up for just 24 hours - a single day - ending around 9:00 AM Pacific on Tuesday, February 6th. Each of you will be able to vote for a single image you want to see on the card, and you can change your vote at any time until the poll closes. In the event of a tie, or if the top two choices make up less than half the total votes, there will be a run-off vote to decide the winner.

Here are the images, hidden behind spoiler tags to keep the post size down:

I wouldn't assume the image quality here reflects the finished image quality.

That's my pick, with #2 as a close second. The problem is that we need to communicate that this isn't "really" Sisko, so the forcefield hopefully is jarring enough to communicate that.

How will a closeup of Stone Cold Steve Austin be appropriate to the card?! ;)

And ooh, a card with the early Sisko hair and the mid-late Sisko goatee!

#2, because it's a tight shot showing that this is not actually Sisko.

I feel like #5 is too much of an action, suggesting a verb card.

#4 showcases much of the same aspect of the character, but the focus is more on Sisko, with less distraction due to the second hand - something more suitable for a personnel. It's a more passive action - remember that most personnel aren't actually doing a whole lot on their card.

I voted for #2, because I like the sneaky smirk, but if it's going to be a forcefield pic, I'd switch mine to #4 before #5.

2 for me.
1e personel are traditionally head and shoulders, and it works better that way IMO. The others are more suited to a verb and the forcefield detracts from the main subject.

The smirk is the iconic shot; instantly recognisable as Joran from this episode.

Am I the only one thinking that by the impression on his face, Image #3 should be called stoned cold close up?

+1. The "window" on a 1E card isn't that large and any big/wide shots risk looking almost silly since you can't tell what they are on the table.

Yeah, Brooks looks pretty baked in that shot.

I picked #2. Love the smirk

The #5 would make for a great alternate image VP foil with the force field - so let’s use that one for a tourney prize
