Reports only to your non- [Bor] ship, may not be moved. Ship is range +1. Once each turn you may place in point area to move ship one location in any direction. X= Ships printed range. [-X]

A waveguide was a piece of technology used in deflector arrays, mining technology and other areas.

Order - Destroy an event played on a mission your ship is at to make that ship range +4 until the end of the turn.

Starfleet career paths can be incredibly varied; it's not unheard of or unusual for officers to start in specialized subdepartments of Engineering or Security, only to find themselves coordinating starship movements in Fleet Operations.

Engineering spaces on modern vessels can be vastly different from those flown not even a liftime ago. Those who find themselves in these spaces without passing through the intervening time can become very, very lost.
Plays on a non- [1E-AU] ship or a ship with Future in lore. All personnel aboard with [22], [OS], or [CF] icons are Cunning -1 and may not staff this ship, discard at end of turn. OR plays on an Engineer-classification personnel with [22], [OS], or [CF] icon or Miracle Worker. They may not use skills or icons for the rest of this turn.

How about:
[D] Dilemma
The Great Monetary Collapse
The Great Monetary Collapse was a period where rampant inflation and currency devaluation were burning like wildfires through the lush financial foliage of Ferenginar.
Each personnel who uses a skill during this dilemma is stopped. Nullify each HQ: Ferengi Credit Exchange unless any 2 Intelligence here. Discard each Gold-pressed Latinum, [Rule] card, and [Crime] card here and at each homeworld unless 4 Greed here. Make the X on each Latinum Payoff negative unless 3 VIP here. Discard dilemma.

The spies can maintain the commercial networks even during the crash, the rich can make thier "rights" stand up even through the troubles, and the people in charge can keep thier investments from going under with every body else.
