If crew does not meet conditions (Leadership OR OFFICER), ship and crew stopped; replace dilemma under mission to be encountered again.

If crew meets conditions (Leadership OR OFFICER), select all personnel matching condition met to be stopped. If more than one such personnel selected, randomly select one of those personnel to continue with remainder of crew. Ship and crew not stopped. Discard dilemma; mission continues.
