Non-AlignedDecipher Archives: Lores Legions Deck - 1999 gencon open 2nd placeby Kris Sonsteby
by Kris Sonsteby Kris's expert Borg Hunter design boosted him to a 2nd place finish at the '99 GenCon Open. He was literally one turn away from beating winner Dan Allman. It quickly retrieves a Kurlan Naiskos at Q's Planet, and then goes blowing up Borg Ship dilemmas, and any other ships that get in the way. - Evan Lorentz, Mot the Barber 2 of the Borg ships are self seeds.

Non-AlignedDecipher Archives: Dans Swiss Army Deck (09/1996)by boromirofborg
Dan's Swiss Army Deck 09/96 - Dan Strickland Don't you hate it when other people steal your missions? Don't you love stealing other people's missions? Stealing is cool. Stealing is good. Stealing, for lack of a better word, works. I designed my Swiss Army Deck to be able to do as many missions as possible regardless of affiliation. I threw together a bunch of highly skilled mercenaries and gave them direction. Kind of like the Dallas Cowboys . . .

Non-AlignedDecipher Archives: The REAL Non-Aligned Deck - May 1997by Evan Lorenz
By Evan Lorenz People have occasionally attempted to build "non-aligned" decks. I've always liked the idea, but been less than thrilled with the results. Everyone seems to think that a bunch of Romulan or Federation missions, a fistful of Non-Aligned personnel, and a Major Rakal constitutes a non-aligned deck. I disagree. When a player at a recent tournament I sponsored got me talking about this subject, we came up with the concept for this deck.

Non-AlignedDecipher Archives: The Few, the Proud, the non-aligned - May 1999by Nico Cortes aka Spot of Borg
This deck is another attempt at a purely non-aligned deck. But this time the central strategy is combined with speed to create a nimble construction showing off every rarity and many expansions in a winning combination. Instead of designing a sixty card draw deck juggernaut (with 13 vital cards in a Q's-tent to bypass the problem of a bloated deck), I've minimized deck size, so every card might as well be in a tent.

Non-AlignedDecipher Archives: Plans of the FCA (Ferengi Colonial Androids) - June 1999by Chris Heard
Ferengi real estate speculators have discovered a fascinating new market: a strange green planet with two moons. If this planet can be made habitable, the profits on land sales will be enormous. Yet the investors are uncertain of the risks. Therefore, the consortium has hired four of the galaxy's top cyberneticists to program a cadre of androids to scout the planet for its initial colonization ...

Non-AlignedDecipher Archives: Plans of the Romulan Shuffleboard Agencyby boromirofborg
Daniel's "Cytherians Shuffle" strategy was played strongly to a 6th place finish at the '99 GenCon Open. It tries to use the seeded Cytherians and multiple Wormholes in the Draw Deck to gather quick, easy bonus points. - Evan Lorentz, Mot the Barber

RomulanNon-AlignedDecipher Archives: Espionage Winner - August 1999by Robert Valliere
Okay, this is the deck I played at the Star Trek CCG Invitational in chicago, where I placed 5th. It's not a first turn win deck like the deck Banjamin Rohm played in Columbus, but I think it's more solid, especially since I can use those espionages - which play for free, with Major Rakal, and can't be nullified - to steal my opponent's missions, if he plays with high point or universal missions. It should be able to win on the 4th or 5th turn pretty much every time.
