October First Edition Rules Update

Ancestral Vision is coming off the OTF ban list with some fresh errata. Temporal Wake is being added to the OTF ban list to prevent abuse. In addition, the clarification the the Special Download rule in the CRD is to clarify that Special Downloads can be used in the seed phase. The change to the Thine Own Self entry is just a clarification that should have been updated with the previous rewrite of the cloaking/phasing rules.
The First Edition Rules Committee is scheduled to release rules updates on the first Monday of each month, if necessary. This update takes effect immediately.
