May Second Edition Rules Update

On Monday, May 13th, 2013, the Second Edition Rules Committee issued a new Current Rulings Document (CRD). As always, this CRD takes effect immediately. CRD updates are usually made on the first Monday of each month. The CRD is available for download via the link on the front page, or directly via https://www.trekcc.org/op/ST2ECRD.pdf.

This month's CRD contains two clarifications.

1. The rules regarding "when you play" abilities have been streamlined. The new text combines two old rulings into one and should not change gameplay.

2. The second clarifies what cards are not in play and when they can be affected by gametext.

The Second Edition Rules Committee is scheduled to release an update to the CRD on the first Monday of each month. This CRD is effective immediately.
