Community Survey Accepting Responses

A few months ago, we put together a team tasked with reviewing our community and forum policies, and taking action to modernize them if deemed necessary. As part of that ongoing process, the team has drafted a brief survey we are inviting all members, past and present, to participate in. The survey, hosted by Google Docs, is completely anonymous, and can be taken here:
A single email has been sent to all registered users in order to reach the individuals that have intentionally withdrawn from the forum. It is vital that we reach and hear from as many of these individuals as we can in order to make the most informed decisions about the proposed forum Code of Conduct. If there are any such individuals in your play group, please ask them to participate. We anticipate it will take about 10 minutes to complete the survey.
