Kieren Otton is the New Director of Public Relations

It is my great pleasure to announce that Kieren Otton [Honest] has accepted our offer to become the new Director of Public Relations, effective immediately. Kieren brings his immense experience with player recruitment and is a respected leader among the Australian players.

Kieren had this to say about his selection for this position:

Since Worlds 2015 last year, I have been keen to try to help the TREK CC increase its player base, either through new players or encouraging former players to return to events. I was happy in my role as an Ambassador, however when the position of Director of Public Relations became available I thought this was my chance to contribute to our community in a even more meaningful way. Hopefully, I'll be able work with Ambassadors around the world to spread the word about our cool games and the excellent community who plays them. I am always looking for input as to how to communicate with the community better, and suggestions are welcome.

Kieren will lead our Public Relations team, a position which is new to the Continuing Committee. As the new director, he is in charge of the Ambassador, Social Media, and Writing departments - making him the boss for Jeremy Benedict, Dan Matteson, and myself.
