October Rules Update

Howdy All,
We have two small changes, both to the Using Skills entry.
The first change clarifies that using regular skills is not an action and that mission skills are checked at once.
The second makes the Art of Diplomacy rule into a more general rule. You will see why soon...
The First Edition Rules Committee is scheduled to release rules updates on the first Monday of each month, if necessary. This update takes effect immediately. All impacted documents are updated and available for viewing and may be downloaded from the front page of The Continuing Committee's website.
