Incorporation Complete

Greetings!

Effective April 26, 2018 we have completed filing with the government to register as a Non Profit Corporation under the laws of the State of Washington. What does this mean to all of you? In short, nothing will change as a organization as a whole. However, behind the scenes at least now our operations are separated from any one individual here.

We have a registered Employer Identification Number (EIN) with the IRS as well as the Uniform Business Identifier assigned under the laws of Washington State. I will report to the Department of Revenue on a quarterly basis income reported and then everyone here will be the first to get the update. I intend to keep everyone here updated with all filings with government agencies.

Whats Next?...

We are still working on refining the Bylaws which is the last legal document that is missing from our records. As soon as this document is more complete, we will bring it to you members for review.  Like always if anyone has any questions, comments, or concerns please feel free to post in the discussion thread or send me a PM directly. This transition has been a huge team effort and we have made significant steps forward on the business front.
