Welcome to Vulcan Week

Welcome to Vulcan week! The Vulcan affiliation is the first brand new affiliation to be designed by the Continuing Committee.  They consist of the Vulcans from Enterprise, who were cast somewhat as the early villains of that show.

We have some fun stuff for you this week.  The Vulcan affiliation is all First Edition, so Charlie Plaine (MidnightLich) has a design article for that Edition.  I’ll be checking out a Vulcan affiliation deck in First Edition and I’ll show off an all Vulcan (species) deck I built in Second Edition.

This week’s Top 5 video brings back Brian Sykes (Armus) to tell us in great detail about the pros and cons of the Vulcan affiliation. (Spoiler alert: I didn’t let him rant too vehemently about Temporal Benefactor.)

Have you had a relationship with a Significant Other that has lasted a multiple of seven years?

I laughed when I saw this suggestion, because my husband and I just celebrated our 21^st anniversary of being a couple. Of course a) I’m ineligible for my own contest and b) I can’t prove I cornered him in the band room on Tuesday, September 9^th, 1997 to ask him out.
