December 2021 First Edition Errata Update

Happy Monday, First Edition fans, and welcome to the errata, ban, and watch update for December 2021. Today's update is very brief - just one card being changed - ahead of the release of Second Star to the Right. You can check out that expansion's announcement article if you're curious; but for now, here is the information you need about the errata.

Errata Updates
Just one card receives updated text today: Reunite Legends. Functionally, the card remains mostly the same. The primary change requires the ship downloaded to match the facility where this card is seeded. No longer can you use Reunite Legends to download the U.S.S. Enterprise-A to your Hirogen Outpost; if you want a Federation ship, you need to seed a Federation Outpost.

There is one additional change which was born from testing of Second Star to the Right. One specific ship, the I.K.S. Kla'Diyus, is prohibited as a download target. Testing showed that being able to easily guarantee the ship on turn 1 was too powerful, and thus the exclusion of this ship was added to Reunite Legends. And remember, by rule, the prefix I.K.S. is identical to the prefix I.K.C.

OTF Ban List & Watch List Remain Unchanged
As with last month, there are no changes to either the OTF Ban List or the Watch List in today's update. Work continues on updates to both lists, and we're hopeful to have more information for you in next month's update.

And speaking of next month, that's all for December! Regular updates to errata, the OTF Ban List, and the Watch List are scheduled for the First Monday of each month. The next scheduled update is Monday, January 3rd, 2022.
