December First Edition Rules Update

All of the entries in the CRD this month involve updating old entries - some to accommodate earlier errata, and others to bring them up to date with the current state of the game.

In alphabetical order:

Bonus point area: re-written to handle cards with bonus point boxes that are worth points while in play.

Control: Replaced some now-incorrect examples with a actually-correct examples.

Founder: Removed an elaborate paragraph that made Founder almost, but not quite, like every other characteristic in the game, and replaced it with a reference to characteristics. Founder now works like admiral, captain, or any other characteristic - you're one if your card says you are. (In practical terms, it removes the text that specifies that Odo isn't a Founder, even when we want him to be.)

Investigate Legend: removed the now-redundant explanation of cloaking.

Kova Tholl: removed a redundant explanation of how cards with bonus points work.

Spaceline: replaced a now-incorrect example with an actually-correct example.

Special equipment: updated the list with new special equipment and removed the card references.

Timeline disruption: added the updated rules from Resistance is Futile.

Unique and universal: all the old outposts have been reprinted, so we've removed the entry regarding reprints and moved facilities into the general entry.

Where No One Has Gone Before: updated the entry to reflect that we have more than two spacelines.

There are no changes to the ban list, OTF rules, or errata this month.
