2024 Organized Play Live Stream - This Saturday!

by Charlie Plaine, Live Stream Host

8th February 2024

This Saturday, in concert with the Department of First Edition and the Department of Second Edition, the CC's Department of Organized Play will be hosting a live event via YouTube. The event will begin at 11:30 AM Eastern Time (10:30 Central / 8:30 Pacific) this Saturday, February 10th and will last about 1 hour. Charlie Plaine (@MidnightLich) will be hosting the event as emcee, and we'll be covering dates and plans for Regionals, Trek Masters, Nationals, Continentals, and the 2024 World Championship. You'll also get to see the event promos for all 4 event types across all 3 games - 12 cards in total!

Joining Charlie during the stream will be a panel of guests to talk about not only just upcoming events, but upcoming plans for all 3 games. Kris Sonsteby (@LORE), Director of Organized Play, will join us, as well as Maggie Geppert (@jadziadax8), Executive Officer (and avid Tribbles fan). Richard New (@The Guardian), the Second Edition Head Designer, will also join us.

Aside from showing off new promos and our 2024 OP schedule, we'll have even more announcements and teasers for upcoming projects. And we'll be doing live drawings during the event, giving away prizes to those of you that join us during the stream. You'll be able to watch live on YouTube, and the recording of the stream will be posted for anyone to watch who couldn't make it live.

We're excited to reveal our plans for 2024 to you! It's also our hope that this event will serve as a model for future big events. Please come out and join us to help make this a success so we can keep entertaining you even more in the future. It's going to be a lot of fun!
