New Virtual Starter for the TNG Faction

Matter of Time has released now, and with that a new interesting team featuring U.S.S. Enterprise-C and its crew. James Cream wrote a very good article about them earlier this week.

One thing has happened to the V-starters quite recently, they had their odd version numbers removed, and instead they have the name of the latest expansion upon release within parentheses.

This starter is made around Rachel Garret and her crew aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise-C, but it includes two other ships and their commanders. Morgan Bateson on his U.S.S. Bozeman and Hikaru Sulu on his U.S.S. Excelsior. The Enterprise-C also has a second commander in Richard Castillo, who also can get a boost if a corresponding commander dies by a dilemma. While a nice bonus, it is nothing you should rely on in this deck. The special ability on the Enterprise-C is nice though, and should be used as much as possible.
