September 1E Rules Update

Post worlds the First Edition rules committee has decided to issue a few rulings to clean up assorted small rules issues.
The clarifications include
- a more comprehensive explanation of how references to names in lore work.
- clarifications about how Borg affiliation personnel cannot ever join a mission attempt.
And one bonus ruling:
- what happens to a crew when the ship it is on is stopped? Open to find out.
As always if there are things that need addressing PM me or post in the forums.
The First Edition Rules Committee is scheduled to release rules updates on the first Monday of each month, if necessary.
This update takes effect immediately.
