November First Edition Rules

Hey all, a small rules update this month.
The word commandeer was removed from the Lore Returns entry so that this ruling (made before the concept was a game term) is not in conflict with the rules on commandeer.
There are a few other rulings, but I am not at liberty to discuss them...

The First Edition Rules Committee is scheduled to release rules updates on the first Monday of each month, if necessary. This update takes effect immediately.
