2015 European Continental Championships

by Peter Ludwig and Thomas Schneider

31st January 2015

This years Road to World will make its final European stop in Munich for the 2015 European Continental Championships for First Edition, Second Edition, and Tribbles on the 18th and 19th of July!

Munich has already hosted the German First Edition Championships earlier this year and we see no reason to change the location, so we again will met at the:

Hacker-Pschorr Bräuhaus
Theresienhöhe 7
80339 Munich

The Hacker-Pschorr is located in central Munich and thus can easily be reached by public transportation. Also, a variety of hotels are located nearby. Check the German National announcement article for more details.

To make sure all players can participate in all Championship events, we once again will spread out the main events over the whole weekend. The Second Edition Championship will take place on Saturday followed by the Tribbles Championship on Saturday evening and then the First Edition Championship on Sunday. In addition, we will also run side events throughout the weekend as well as a welcome event on Friday evening (which may or may not include cards but will surely include a bar...) The full schedule will be posted in a few weeks.

If this will be your first trip to Munich, make sure to stay a few extra days to enjoy the city, there are museums, shops, and beer gardens. Munich has a lot to offer, so start planning your trip now! If you have any questions, drop a PM to Peter (martok88) or Thomas (thsch), send an email to EuropeanOP@trekcc.org or post in the forum. We are looking forward to see you all in Munich in July!
