January Rules Update

Howdy All, 

Welcome to 2016! To celebrate the First Edition rules committee has brought you a bevy of rules cleanup.

First and foremost, have a happy new glossary!  All of the old current rulings (what a nice oxymoron) have been called home into the master text.  Beyond this, we have cleaned up a bunch of formatting errors, removed redundant and outdated text, and added to the list of errata.

Further, since we did not want it to feel empty and alone we have added two new rules clarifications to the current rulings.

• After last month’s rules update we realized we broke The Arsenal: Divided. To fix this and a few imbalances we made a slight amendment to these rules.
• We added a line to the capturing rules to make sure that cards can still target captives based on things like affiliation despite the captives being disabled.

That should be all… but wait there is more? what are these other five entries in the current rulings?  These seem to refer to things that don’t exist in the game. Curious. Well, I am sure they are here for a reason.

The First Edition Rules Committee is scheduled to release rules updates on the first Monday of each month, if necessary. This update takes effect immediately. All impacted documents are updated and available for viewing and may be downloaded from the front page of The Continuing Committee's website.
