The Search is On for a Chief Financial Officer

It's a new year and one of my resolutions is to conduct a successful search for Chief Financial Officer. That was one one the first tasks I set for myself when I started in the position of Vice Chair last year.
Chief Financial Officer
Purpose
- Manage all financial aspects of the Continuing Committee.
Duties and Expectations
- Manage the books for the Continuing Committee.
- Produce regular financial reports and make those available to the community.
- Work with the Chairman to achieve nonprofit status for the Continuing Committee.
- Monitor financial transactions for fraud or financial irregularities.
- Work with the Shipping Manager to keep costs low.
Requirements
- Bookkeeping experience.
- Ability to spend 2-3 hours per week working on TrekCC projects.
- Familiarity with American and/or international tax law.
- Experience with applying for nonprofit status would be an unanticipated bonus.
The Chief Financial Officer will reside in the Department of Operations and reports directly to the Chairman until such time as a Director of Operations can be hired.

A vocal non-TrekCC member who has relevant experience in the realm of finance
What is the desired timeline here? (Dates subject to change, but I hope not)
Applications will be accepted until January 23rd, 2017.
Applications will be reviewed by the sub-committee until January 30th, 2017.
Interviews will be conducted over the internet over the course of the week after that.
The sub-committee's choice will be forwarded to the Chairman, who will review the selection.
The new CFO will be announced publicly after that, no later than February 24th, 2017.
