Second Edition September Errata

Two cards receive errata today.
The first is expected. Keevan, Pragmatic Captor, is officially receiving the temporary errata. Four versions were sent to testers, and this was the one that stood out.
The other is Joaquin, Superhuman Lieutenant, whose special ability is now limited to once per turn. He's always been on the radar due to his ability to use any ship in the game, and one potentially devastating combo made this change necessary.
These errata are effective immediately. Errata is scheduled for the first Monday of the month.
