Sisko: I became the living embodiment of why Vulcans were inherently superior to Humans.
Kasidy Yates: You don't mean he was gloating? A Vulcan?
Sisko: That's exactly what I mean. He may have hidden it beneath that Vulcan calm of his, but he loved every minute of it.

2E doesn’t have a Vulcan HQ, so if you want to go for the all-Vulcan achievement, you need to do some mix-and-match on HQs. This deck is a modestly updated one that is a few years old, so I apologize if it isn’t very tight at the moment.
Missions
For this deck, I decided it would be easiest to get the all-Vulcan achievement if I went dual-HQ. I put in Earth, Lush and Beautiful Home and Mouth of the Wormhole, Deep Space Nine. I think I should re-name this deck “Vulcans Zombies Going Crazy in the Expanse” because I decided to go with a Trellium-D themed deck in the update. I put in two Region: Delphic Expanse missions, Sphere 41, Eliminate Sphere Network and Investigate Derelict. Now all my copies of Trellium-D play for free. My planet mission is Deliver Ancient Artifact, which is located at Vulcan, of course.
Draw Deck
This deck is basically built to be a fast solver with very little support. Everyone is Vulcan (note for my 1E readers: that means Vulcan species; Spock doesn’t count for the achievement), so expect high Cunning and Strength. You want to play as many personnel as possible to MotW, since it has Span of 1. Only Haadok, Sarek, Saavik and Valeris have to play to Earth, and they can net you the Earth counter draw, if you remember to do it. Oh, and I swapped in the Oberth, too. I couldn’t pass up that new hotness. I also like the U.S.S. T’Kumbra, which allows you to meet Integrity and Strength requirements on dilemmas and missions with Cunning. Solok is also a nice boost to the deck, because he allows you to draw extra cards for having more Vulcans in play.
The one real weakness here I can spot off the top of my head is that the Vulcans I have available to me with these two different headquarters don’t have any Engineer. I can only play Sybok, Fanatical Missionary or Sakonna, Gunrunner to get Engineer. You can play around this weakness with Sphere 41 without too much of a problem (it has two paths to completion), but you have to have it for Investigate Derelict. The other main weakness of this deck is it is susceptible to Intimidation in a big way.
Dilemma Pile
The original version of this deck came out right when Chula: the Game was new, so I built a mostly Chula pile to go with it. I decided not to change that around too much, here, but I did decide to augment it with some Vulcan Zombies. Hazardous Materials is pretty popular right now. You can get out free Trelliums and kill a bunch of your opponent’s personnel, then Damage their ship while you’re at it. Neat!
Final Thoughts
You know, I wasn’t ever planning to resurrect the all-Vulcan deck, but with the new Trellium-D stuff, I feel like this could be a good build to try out again.
