Every month, I post a blog. Here are the first few paragraphs for November 2019.

Twenty-five years ago today, the first set for the Star Trek Customizable Card Game came out. November 10, 1994 was right at the start of the Collectible Card Game craze with Magic the Gathering as the undisputed king of the market, though nine others entered the ring shortly thereafter. As the nineties came to a close, a whole lot of properties were getting a collectible card game of some type. Of those nine, only two of them are still around today.

Just saying.

It's a big year for us. 1994 was a forever ago and I wouldn't take any of it back. In high school, I played with chums of various grades. Now as an adult, I've crossed state lines while others have gone international to meet friends in person and play the games we love. When Decipher was no longer able to produce it, we took it upon ourselves to continue both the game and the fellowship. Thankfully, there was enough talent in the community to set up this site and keep producing cards.

There will be a lot of things coming your way as a celebration for this event. Today, we'll look at one from Second Edition.
