(No) Rules Update, January 2021

Happy New Year! Today is the first Monday of the month, which the scheduled day for rules updates.
However, there are none this month. The Rules Committee has been hard at work on a few different irons in various fires, but, since we were largely focused on Project Storm this month, nothing's ready yet. (The Christmas holidays probably helped a bit, too. :) )
There's still a new version of the Glossary going up tonight, but it's just fixing typos and broken links, with no substantive changes.
