2ed. Errata December 2022

by Tjark Ott, Director of Second Edition

12th December 2022

Dear Community,

Normally, we release new errata on the first Monday of the month. This month, we fell a little behind, but none of the errata should be earth-shattering to the community. In fact, we're taking the opportunity to do the first in a line of clean-ups to typos that have existed for years. If off details bother you, hopefully, this is something that gives you a warm feeling.

The following ten cards will receive errata effective immediately:

The first five cards contained minor spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors as mentioned above, which are hereby corrected. At the same time, titles and subtitles have been adapted in line with the convention for missions where not already present.

Penetrate Enemy Lines is being updated to match the Worlds 2022 promo. same time, titles and subtitles have been adapted in line with the convention for missions.

All versions of Qo'noS, Heart of the Empire will receive the keyword Region: Qo'noS System, as a mission is slated to appear in an upcoming project that also takes place in the Qo'noS system.

There are plans to make past and future errata information and rationale more comprehensive and accessible for everyone through a 2E errata database, similar to what already exists for 1E. This will be a long-term project as it will take a considerable amount of time and effort to produce.

We intend to involve the community more in the selection of errata to be discussed by the Balance Team via more accessible ways to submit errata requests and reports to the team. The details on how we plan to go about this are currently being prepared and will be published for you in a timely manner.
