This month's Current Rulings Document is intended to be the last before the 2012 World Championships and addresses two issues. The first is clarification on when "if you cannot" effects on dilemmas occur. This is to prevent their abuse by cards like Parting Shot and Shall We Not Revenge?. The second is clarification on what occurs when a personnel "becomes" another species. This ruling is in preparation for the upcoming release of the next Second Edition expansion, Project Iron.
