I would promise the Breen the entire Alpha Quadrant....

When the battle between the Bajoran Prophets and the Pah-Wraiths closed the Bajoran Wormhole, the Dominion were forced find new resources to help win the war with the Alpha Quadrant powers.

So they found allies, new and better ones than the Cardassians that they had originally partnered up with. The Cardassians remained useful at first, if only to use as cannon foodder to be sacrificed on the altar of war for the greater good of the Dominion.

So when the Breen Confederacy was inducted into the Dominion, they brought not just more bodies but new weapons and a will to go that extra mile to show their new friends just how eager they were to win. The assault on Starfleet Headquarters was one of the most devastating attacks during the whole war and dealt a serious blow to the Federation. With the added help from the Son'a, the Vorta no longer needed to concern themselves with producing sufficient Ketracel-White supplies to keep the Jem'Hadar under control, as the precious enzyme once again being produced in the Alpha Quadrant.

So how do you play this assortment of Jem'Hadar, Breen, Cardassians, Vorta and Son'a? As usual, we recommend that you test them out yourselves. But here's at least a start to work from. You can add your own dilemmas (except one, which may help if you wish to attack your opponent's Headquarters) but feel free to add or cut anything to your own personal tastes!
