Excelsior Season 1, Act 2 Jem\\\\\\\'Hadar Strength Solver

The Jem\'Hadar are bred for the purpose of carrying out the bidding of the Vorta (bureaucratic middle management) and the Founders (shape shifting leaders) of the Dominion.

The Jem\'Hadar are typically 8 strength, which makes them very good at solving strength missions. You can win by attrition, throwing body after body at the missions and still solving with the small number of personnel you have left after your opponent\'s dilemmas have done their worst.

Alternatively you can play it crafty, starting with only a small number of personnel. 5 Jem\'Hadar is enough to solve any of your missions, and you only need 4 at Teplan Prime.

This deck is about throwing body after body at your missions, and since they have such high strength it only takes a few personnel to get through a mission after your opponent\'s dilemmas have done their worst.

Draw Deck Strategy

Use your first turn ship download, as you don't have enough in your deck to guarantee drawing them.

Mobilization Points makes your Jem'Hadar cheaper. Keevan and Borath allow you to draw more cards.

Crom will let you download three personnel of different species. Fetch a Jem'Hadar (Remata'klan, Unit Leader and Arak'taral, Suspicious Second are good targets), a Vorta (Weyoun or Keevan or Borath) and a changeling (Odo). In a pinch you can choose a Breen like Draz, if you've already got all the others. It's worth reading those cards in advance to work out why they're good.

Dilemma Pile Strategy

This is a Chula pile. Chula: The Game stops an extra personnel per Chula dilemma that you reveal during an attempt. You want to play Chula: The Game before your opponent faces other dilemmas. Once it's on the mission, you'll be able to stop more personnel with fewer dilemmas. Bear in mind that you can play more than one on a mission, if you're desperate to prevent that one mission from being solved.

The interrupt Uninvited can fetch a Chula: the Game at the start of a mission attempt.

Dragon's Teeth and Pitching In are about killing or stopping cheap personnel that your opponent could use to overwhelm your pile through sheer force of numbers. Agonizing Encounter is just really, really good.
