Reminds me of a Trek parody I read, which had a line something like this: "No, this is early Season 4 Voyager, where Seven saves the ship with her nanoprobes every episode and we pretend Kes never existed."

It reminds me of a TNG parody I read once where Troi senses a void (that they can all clearly see on the monitor) and she gets more and more exasperated that no one's listening to her that she shouts out "My mind is empty!"

To which Riker replies "Please report only when atypical things happen..." This has worked its way into my personal lexicon of obscure references.
