Since I'm a psychopath who's always trying to improve a process, I'm going through what can be dropped out of the Tin since it's useless and what can be added to make it better.
Our Triple Threat Tin game was almost as fun as a OTSD multiplayer shitshow. My Romulans killing Klingons one-by-one while quarantined because we're all Hyper-Aging was a jolly good time.
So I'm asking you 1E Extremist to do some good for a change and come up with suggestions to add to the tin.
First off, the tin needs more dilemmas. I was surprised to notice that Premier only has 5 dual dilemmas. So off the bat, we need 7 dual dilemmas and also 2 Space dilemmas (there are 21 planets and 19 Space).
Klingons have about 2/3 the number of personnel as Fed so they need 2 Engineers, 1 Medical and 1 Security.
Romulans have about half the number of Fed so they need 1 Security, 2 Engineers and 2 Medical.
The fill some gaps NA could use 1 Medical and 1 Security.
Artfacts are fine, and 9 is the perfect number, but the tin needs one more card that nullifies Horga'hn.
Interrupts: I think you can cut Subspace Schism, Long-Range Scan, Alien Groupie, Life-form Scan, Jaglom Shrek, The Juggler and Crosis. That mean we could use 5 more useful interrupts. (keeping things in multiples of 3)
Equipment: Each affiliaitons gets their PADD & Gun, that leaves 5. Is there one more generic, useful equipment in 1E?
Events: You can cut the Treaties, Raise the Stakes and Lore's Fingernail. That leaves 33, but why not toss in 3-6 more useful events?
