When it comes to selecting people for positions I would heavily lean towards those with the greater amount of forum activity.

It shows engagement, interest and time above everything else.

There are people here that have been turned down that have shown some toxic behavior during these "recent events" but I understand why they have done it and I don't hold it against them.

Passion for the game not being rewarded for whatever reasons I don't know.
