Is there an option to check my progress on some achievements?
I can see that I have some progress in "cant do that in 2E" but I have nothing to click so I dont know which affiliations are still missing. Same goes for all "progress bar" achievements.

What I do is to right-click on the progress bar and then select Inspect. The section of the webpage code says - <progress value="7" max="10">70% Complete</progress> which means that I've done this seven out of ten times. It works with every browser that I use.

Either hover with the mouse over the achievement or tap anything but the green link "Earned by ... people."
After achievements are earned, the "Earned by ... people." opens more details to that achievement.
But you have to check manually what is still missing.
Most of the time these with progress bar are play x times.

Hmm... so basically, I would have to go back and look which decks I played in which tournament to manually track what Ive got?
The mouseover just gives me the general information what the achievement is all about.
Example:
Achievement: There and back again
"Play in tournaments using every affiliation at least once."
The mouseover specifies: "Earn the achievments [...]

I seem to have roughly completed about 35% of the achievement but it doesnt tell me WHICH affiliations are still missing.

I dont think this is super bad for me as we´re doing about 2-3 tournaments a year and so Im FAR off completing those but I was building a deck yesterday and wondered...
